Training

JSC Mikron provides the following training to its personnel:

- Professional training for a new employee or an employee transferred to another operation (training and retraining);

- Upgrading of the qualifying category - for workers, upgrading of professional skills - for experts (courses for upgrading qualification);

- Mastering of new technologies, equipment, hardware-software by workers and experts (special target courses);

- Education for workers and experts at schools and various educational establishments.

Education 

The significant part of JSC Mikron educational activity aimed at training experts, it is a common practice to send employees to study at secondary professional and higher education institutions while covering their schooling expenses from the enterprise budget ("Electronics and Computer science" college, MIET). Young experts, successful in their professional activity, are directed for post-graduate studies to obtain a Master Degree (MIET, MSU). 

In 2006, JSC Mikron started production of chip-modules for contact smart -cards on M3, M5, etc, tape - carriers fully conforming with international standards.

The production is carried out in specialized premises with the certain class of protection provided by Infineon company licensed technology and on the basis of chips by such companies as INFINEON, SAMSUNG, STMicroelectronics, etc.

We are also able to manufacture chip-modules according to client's individual requirements.

As an additional option it is possible to deliver chip-modules with glueing tape laminated from the other side (excluding the necessity of using glues while implanting chip - modules in the plastic card (hot-melt technology).
